| ビリーとの約束の７日間も、 とうとう、今日が最後の日だ。 で、効果は出たか、って？ フフフ・・・・・・ 体重こそさほど変化はなかったものの、 体脂肪率は、初日から４日目で ３,５％、減！！！ だがしかしー。 昨日のバンドの練習帰りの深夜、 久々にTるくんを誘って 一緒に食べた、 『味噌ラーメン』 で、１％アップ！苦笑 体の変化は、というと、 とにかく「腹筋トレーニング」が かなり効いて、お腹周りが いい感じ！ 太ももの裏と、おしりの 筋肉痛がかなりひどかったので、 その部分にも効いてるようです♪ ビリーが、７日間がんばったご褒美に、 ５０００円のおこずかいをくれるそうです♪ ウシシ♪これも、がんばれた理由の一つです♪笑 で、明日からどーすんの、と、Tるくん。 もちろん、続けますよ！！！ ビリーの後ろにいる、 腹筋の割れた金髪美女と同じ 腹筋になるまで、やります！！！爆笑 今回のトレーニングで、 自分の筋肉の弱い部分が はっきりわかったので、 そこの部分を強化していこうと 思っています。 そう！！！ 今日が７日間で、最後の日！！！ ビリーが最後になんて言うのか、 楽しみ！！！ ちなみに、「ボビー」ぢゃなくて、 「ビリー」だからっっっ！！！ 「ボビー」っていったら、 その昔、お散歩のアルバイトで 宮の森の坂を一緒に息切れしながら 駆け上っていた 老犬ハスキーだから！！！ もう「おじいさん」だから、 イッキに坂を上りきれなくて、 ゼェゼェ言ってた、「ボビー」。 今度は私が、「ビリー」に ゼェゼェ言ってます。爆笑 |
